Due to the complexity and scale of the solution we recommended building the programme and reporting solution 'offline' in the first instance to demonstrate proof of concept, before developing the online client configured solution. This enabled options to be considered and tested, so the best solution is established to suit the programme need before any development commenced.
A suite of programme documents was generated to enable the teams to commence their planning activity. Linked to those documents the management reports and dashboards were generated and automatically updated. This sequence of reporting was maintained and refined until the final solution was sought.
